Delivery Policies
Complete addresses and phone numbers help deliveries arrive on time. Your order can be sent
across town- or across the US or Canada- the very same day. If you have a doubt as to when you
think your order will be delivered, please contact us.
Sundays and National Holidays
We will attempt to complete your request for deliveries scheduled for these days, however as most
of our affiliates are closed on these days we may need to contact you for approval for an alternative
delivery date. Please provide a valid e-mail address, cell or home phone number in case we need to
contact you.
Out-of-Town Orders
The specific designs on this web site may not be available for outgoing wire orders. On any outgoing wire order,
we will serve as your representative to the florist who will be delivering your order. We will work to assure the
order meets your expectations. We will back their delivery with our own 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Prices will
vary by florist.
International Orders
International orders require about 48 hours from the time the order is placed to the time of delivery. We generally
ask the overseas florists to select the best seasonal flowers when filling our orders, however, your preference
for colors or types of flowers always takes precedence. Selections of flowers available will vary by
country.
Receiving Flowers
If your flowers are not received to your satisfaction, please call us. If for some reason the flowers that
you ordered are not available for delivery, then we will notify you immediately. We can also issue a credit
for flowers to be delivered at a later date.
Prompt Delivery Service
We pride ourselves on prompt, efficient and personalized service that you can count on to meet all of your floral
needs. Please allow us to suggest available items for prompt delivery of "last minute" gifts during holiday
periods. Place holiday orders early for the best selection... and your peace of mind.
Delivery Substitutions
We may ask for a second choice regarding specific items to assure a timely delivery of your gift. We will make
every effort to fill your order as close as possible to your original selection. Seasonal and regional conditions
affect the supply of flowers and plants. Specific varieties of colors may not always be available or meet our
quality standards. Substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements.
